Needham Little League Opening Day is right around the corner--Sunday, May 1. While the Red Wings do not open the season until the next day, at home against our arch-rival River Cats, Sunday's festivities will include the annual Little League parade, the Opening Day address featuring the official 2011 playball!, the hit, pitch, and run competition, team photos, hot dogs, and many other attractions at DeFazio.
Needham Little league has just posted an announcement about a variety of volunteer opportunities for those who want to get involved.
